Text Message (SMS) Program

Stallion Auctions Online, operated by Exceleration Designs, Inc. (doing business as Big Sky Internet Design), offers optional text-message (SMS) alerts to registered bidders who opt in. Information we collect. When you opt in we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (date, time, the wording you agreed to, and technical details such as IP address). How we use it. Solely to send the alerts you signed up for — registration confirmations, bid confirmations, outbid alerts, and win/purchase notifications — and to manage your subscription (confirmation, HELP, STOP).

We do not sell or share your number for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing. We share your number only with our messaging provider (Twilio) as needed to deliver these messages on our behalf, and as required by law.
