It is three add-ons. Use one, use two, or use all three. Each one is priced for the season, published right on this page, and active October 1 through March 31, the full arc of a stallion auction season from preview to the last buy-it-now sale.

What Is Sponsor Advantage and Why Is It Free?
Sponsor Advantage deserves more than a bullet point, because it is the biggest freebie on this page.
It is a complete sponsor system for your auction website, not just a logo strip. Rotating sponsor displays, spotlight placements for featured sponsors, and a full sponsor page with descriptions and links. It handles sponsor tiers too, so your title sponsors, your event sponsors, and your everyday supporters can each get a different level of visibility.
Every time a sponsor is shown, it is counted. Every time someone clicks one, that is counted too. Your association gets those numbers, so when a sponsor asks what their support actually bought, you have a real answer instead of a guess.
And a sponsor spot does not have to go to a business. Associations can use Sponsor Advantage for their regular sponsors, for ranches and farms that want visibility with bidders, and even for individual stallion owners who want their program in front of the auction audience. If someone wants to be seen by your bidders, they can have a spot.

Text Message Alerts $399 per season
An outbid email that gets read tomorrow is a lost bid. A text message gets read now.
Bidders opt in to text alerts right on your auction website. When they are outbid, they get a text with a link that takes them straight back to that stallion to bid again. The system also texts them with bid notifications and when they win.

Stallion Finder $399 per season
Your stallion listings hold a lot of information: pedigrees, standing locations, additional fees, videos. Stallion Finder is an assistant that sits on your auction website and answers bidder questions using that information, any hour of the day.
A bidder can ask which stallions stand in Oklahoma, which lots include a breeding to a certain bloodline, or what fees come with a particular stallion, and get an answer with a link straight to the right listing. Nobody from your association has to be awake for it.
Stallion Finder can also carry advertising. A sponsor message can be built right into the assistant, so a sponsor, a ranch, a farm, or an individual stallion owner is seen every time a bidder asks a question. It is one more thing your association can offer the people who support your auction.

Bidder Email Campaign $599 per season
The people most likely to bid in your auction this year are the people who bid in it last year, as well as those who signed up the current year, whether they have bid or not. Most associations never contact them again. This add-on is us doing it for you.
We write and send four emails during your season:

- Your association sees and approves every email before it goes out
- Uses only your own auction's bidder list, which always belongs to you
- Timed around the opening, final days, day of close, and buy-it-now period

The Math
Last season, the average auction on our platform raised $80,014, and the average winning bid was $572.
At those numbers, if the Full Season Package leads to two additional winning bids across your entire season, it has covered its own cost. Everything after that is money your association would not otherwise have raised.
We cannot tell you what your auction will bring. Nobody honestly can. What we can tell you is what these tools are built to do: put your auction back in front of proven bidders, and make sure an outbid notice gets seen while there is still time to answer it.

Stallion Auction Amplified is a set of three optional add-ons for auctions running on the Stallion Auctions Online platform: Text Message Alerts, the Stallion Finder assistant, and a done-for-you Bidder Email Campaign. Each one can be added on its own, any two save $100, and all three together are $1,199 for the season.
What is included free with every auction website?
Every auction website on our platform includes Sponsor Advantage (our complete sponsor system), Facebook auction announcements, a feature spot in the News and Announcements feed and auction calendar on Stallion Auctions Online, automatic bidder emails, and unlimited auctions per year. None of it costs extra.
When does the Amplified season run?
October 1 through March 31. That covers the full stallion auction season, from the preview period through live bidding, closing, and the buy-it-now period afterward.
Do we have to buy all three add-ons?
No. Each add-on stands on its own. Some associations start with Text Message Alerts alone. The Full Season Package exists for associations that want all three, at a savings of $198.
How do bidders sign up for text alerts?
Bidders opt in themselves, right on your auction website. Nobody gets texts who did not ask for them, and any bidder can stop at any time by replying STOP.
Whose bidder list does the email campaign use?
Yours, and only yours. The emails go to people who registered for your auction, and your list is never shared with anyone. That has been our rule since day one.
Who writes the campaign emails?
We do. Four emails, written and sent for you, timed around your season. Your association sees and approves every email before it goes out.
Can Stallion Finder be called something else on our site?
