We take care of the website, the auction software, the payment setup, and the reporting. Your association handles stallion recruitment and promotion to your members. Here is what the process looks like.
1. We Build Your Auction Website
We build your auction website on your own domain and design it to match your existing association website so your members know they are in the right place.
2. Your Association Adds the Stallions
You control how much detail goes in: photos, video, pedigree, standing location, additional fees, and a buy-it-now price for anything that does not sell during the auction.
3. Bidders Register and Bid
Bidders bid from any phone, tablet, or computer. The system handles outbid notifications, maximum bidding, and extended bidding automatically.
4. You Collect, We Report
When the auction closes, you collect payments from winning bidders and we give you a full report of every bid and every bidder. Your data stays with your association.

Unsold stallions stay listed on the site at a buy-it-now price that your association sets ahead of time. They stay visible at the top of the page after the auction closes.
Does the association collect the money or does Stallion Auctions Online?
Your association collects the money directly from winning bidders. We handle the technology, not the finances.
