How Much Does an Online Stallion Service Auction Platform Cost?

Every association is a little different, so we provide a custom quote rather than a one-size-fits-all price. But the pricing model itself is simple and transparent, and we can explain exactly how it works right here.

How Our Pricing Works

Our pricing has two parts. That is it. No per-bid charges. No per-stallion charges. No setup surprises.

A One-Time Setup Fee

This covers building your branded auction website, setting up your domain, installing the auction software, configuring your payments and email, and training your team. Paid once, when you start.

A Flat Annual Fee

This covers hosting, security, support, and the ongoing use of the platform. The annual fee does not increase over time, and it covers unlimited auctions during the year.

We Never Take a Percentage of Your Proceeds

This is the most important part. Some auction platforms take a cut of everything your auction sells. On a successful auction, that can add up to thousands of dollars taken right out of your fundraising.

We do not do that. You pay a flat annual fee and every dollar your auction raises stays with your association. The more successful your auction is, the more you keep. Our fee never changes based on how much you raise.

Why We Do Not Publish a Set Price

Every association comes to us with different needs. Some already have a website we are matching, some are starting fresh. Some run one auction a year, some run several. Rather than post a price that would be wrong for half the associations who read it, we give you a real quote based on what you actually need, and you get that quote before you commit to anything.
